Frank D. Shutts II: Frank is a member of the Educational Theatre Association and a recipient of the 2008 ALEX award for his contributions to the arts in Alexandria Virginia. A native, Frank was born in Arlington and reared in Fairfax County where he studied under the unequaled tutelage of Dorthie R. Kogelman. He has directed over forty productions mostly for the Little Theatre of Alexandria, Mclean High School, and Bishop Ireton High School where he currently serves as its Stage Director. “Totus mundus agit histrionem!”
